Graduate Visa
Post-Study WorkInternational students who complete an eligible UK degree can apply for a Graduate visa allowing them to stay and work in the UK for at least 2 years (3 years for PhD graduates). No job offer required.
Eligibility: Must have completed an eligible course with a UK higher education provider with a track record of compliance. Must be in the UK and have a valid Student visa or Tier 4 visa when applying.
Skilled Worker Visa to Indefinite Leave to Remain
Permanent ResidencyAfter the Graduate visa, individuals can switch to a Skilled Worker visa if they secure eligible employment. After 5 years of continuous residence on qualifying work visas, they can apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (permanent residence).
Eligibility: Must have a job offer from a licensed sponsor in an eligible occupation, meet salary thresholds, and English language requirements. Must maintain continuous lawful residence for 5 years.
Family Visa for Dependants
Family VisaInternational students on postgraduate courses lasting 9 months or longer can bring dependants (spouse/partner and children) to the UK. Dependants can also join Skilled Worker visa holders.
Eligibility: Main applicant must be on an eligible visa route. Dependants must prove their relationship and meet financial requirements.
